more test kitchen press

We've gotten alot of interest in our posting about The Test Kitchen and we're happy to offer a follow up. A few weeks after we dined at The Test Kitchen the Wednesday Sun Times ran an article about the group. The photos published were taken the night was attended and you can see us both in the picture on the second page of the article (and, if you look closely, part of Mike's head appears in the first photo).

More recently we heard that Test Kitchen founder, Jenny Vergara is participating in a marketing/PR promotion through Murphy-Goode Winery in Sonoma as a candidatefor their "Wine Country Lifestyle Correspondent". We make an appearance in her audition video as well!

It's 100 degrees out so I'm finally finding time to update our blog! Spring has come and gone and summer is officially here so the highlights of the past few months include:
Brew to Brew (42 mile relay race from KC to Lawrence)
Mike hired on for a temporary, part time position at Confluence

Easter dinner with the Schafers

dinner, homemade smores and fantastic drinks with friends/neighbors

Heidi named KSU LA/RCP 2009 Alumni Honoree

niece Mackenzie turned 21
nephew Spencer graduated from high school
Mike passed Architecture Registration Exam
