It's 100 degrees out so I'm finally finding time to update our blog! Spring has come and gone and summer is officially here so the highlights of the past few months include:
Brew to Brew (42 mile relay race from KC to Lawrence)
Mike hired on for a temporary, part time position at Confluence
Confluence awarded several ASLA awards including ones for Bloch Park and kcICON
Paula Deen lecture/booksigning
Easter dinner with the Schafers
Michael Pollan lecture/booksigning
dinner, homemade smores and fantastic drinks with friends/neighbors
ASLA Central States Conference in Omaha
Heidi named KSU LA/RCP 2009 Alumni Honoree

niece Mackenzie turned 21
nephew Spencer graduated from high school
