Big Night






Last night we enjoyed an Italian feast with our friends Lynnis and Larry. Lynnis and Heidi work together and they are also our neighbors!

Since we all love to cook we over indulged with recipes from the October 2005 issue of Bon Appetite magazine. The menu featured: peach and prosecco ice; goat cheese and salami sandwiches with truffle oil; beet ravioli with poppy seed butter; rigatoni with sea bass, rosemary and candied lemon; green beans braised with tomatoes and basil; and lemon and amaretti semifreddo with raspberry sauce. Larry was our sommelier for the evening and selected a white wine for each course! Delizioso!
